"This is a place where they’ve got you covered. The things you think about plus the things you don’t. The staff is incredibly responsive, always available (even by texting from your pool lounger or away from the hotel). The hotel is impeccably maintained — and I mean perfect everywhere. The food is very thoughtfully created. And then the all-important bed and bath — I slept like a baby and didn’t want my shower to end. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It’s one block off of Main Street, but just a 2 minute walk from the front door. So things stay quiet and low key. And, still, there’s no need to summon your car (although they are really quick at doing that whenever you need). It would have been tempting to stay at one of the larger hotels — with their spas and bars and such. And, in fact, I considered it. But I think those miss out on the charm that is Park City. I could tell when we went for lunch at the St. Regis; those folks didn’t seem nearly as pleased with their experience as I was. So do yourself a favor: stay in town, and stay here."

"Absolutely terrible experience. Do not recommend ever staying at this hotel. It is at the lower part of deer valley mountain which has zero snow. We paid for ski-in/ski-out but the hotel isn't able to offer that, yet management and staff are unwilling to offer any sort of understanding or refund as a result. We are held hostage by the third party owner and Marriott has been of no help. Last year was light snow this time of year of Christmas. This year is horrible. We have decided to change our holiday traditions because of the unfortunate experience here at the St. Regis. We will not be back for our annual late December trip ever again. Best wishes and for those considering this hotel, beware. It is showing it's age to boot."

"Shoulder season spectacular. Like having a 5star resort to ourselves. Staff were relaxed and engaging and was prime time to enjoy all the amenities all by ourselves. Joe (American spelling) our server at breakfast was engaging and friendly. I wish him the best as he works to engage new skills in life. Natilie and Javier at the desk were great in swirling with us at check in and Brandon was very engaging showing us around after welcoming us to SER"

"We had a trip w 10 girls planned for Park City and we feel so lucky to have found this place. Everything was absolute perfection from the minute we stepped in the doors. Matt went above and beyond in every way. Sarah was wonderful as well. The service was incredible, the staff made us feel like family and we never wanted to leave. The food and drinks were all divine. The location couldn't have been any better. Not to mention the beds were SO comfortable- the linens/mattress/pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. Checking out on our final day was depressing but I can't wait to come back! Would never consider staying anywhere else in Park City. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!"

"Having Marriott status doesn’t seem to do any good here. Next time we will probably check out the Montage. We live in Park City and used points to book a room over the 4th of July for our family. I have Platinum status with Marriott and we thought this would be a good idea for the kids. We booked a basic room with 2 queens. Upon checking in today I saw that our room was one of maybe 20% of rooms on a floor that doesn’t have a balcony. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room with a balcony as the Marriott app showed multiple open rooms with 2 queens that had balconies, albeit on the opposite side of the hallway vs ours. With Platinum status this was not a big ask. The person behind the desk went to ask his manager, who said no and that we had to stick with the room. I informed him that I can see on Marriott’s app that there are other rooms with 2 queens listed open during our stay that have a balcony. Just sitting empty. He replied that since we are using points, the manager said we have no choices and can’t move rooms, even though those facing the mountain are sitting empty. This seems pretty petty especially when you consider we have been staying at this hotel a few times a year as locals. With 4 of us in a room the balcony had been key in the past to let the kids hang and watch a show while my wife and I sat outside. Sadly, that is not an option for us on this trip since the staff would rather rooms with balconies sit empty vs try to help out a frequent Marriott traveler."

"This is truly ski paradise. The rooms are excellent. The residences are on mountain and short ski to the lifts. Breakfast buffet excellent and way to eat quickly and get to the slopes. In the ski room they help put your boots on and skis are ready on the snow. When you return someone is outside to take your skis- wow! Back inside there is a nice spa, outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. There is a restaurant where we ate lunch a few times- excellent. The front desk/bellman staff are all friendly and helpful. There is complimentary rides to Park City. You really get spoiled staying here."

"This beautiful and well-appointed inn exceeded all of our expectations, especially due to the genuine and exceptional service from every staff member we encountered. We stayed in a two-bedroom "residence," which is a perfect description for the space. It felt like a true home away from home, fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, a steam shower and tub, and a full-size washer and dryer. An additional perk was the complimentary drop-off and pick-up service they offered anywhere in the immediate valley, which made getting around incredibly easy. We can't wait to return."

"The thing that struck me most was the additional charge of $45 resort fee per day AFTER we have checked out. Did not even realize that wasn't in the package. beware."
