The staff was so friendly and the rooms were nice and clean, quiet and loved that they were dog friendly and had pool and restaurant on site. Love the free easy parking. Loved that they had s’mores nightly for guests if they wanted."

"The hotel is nice, but I didn't know it was a plateau until I stayed here. The altitude is nearly 3,000 meters, and there is a slight altitude sickness. But everyone who stays here comes to ski. After skiing, you can go to the hot springs and communicate with other skiers."
