Very clean but still felt like a heritage house, the owner was very nice! Up the road from the ocean, and only 5-10 minute walk to many food and shopping options

The town of Summerside seems to be a town that wasn’t laid out with any organization in mind. The roads and parking lots are confusing. There are lots of chain restaurants and stores on the way into the older part of town. The small downtown area is not charming. The Guest Suite room we had was quite small and somewhat noisy. The host wasn’t particularly friendly. The room furniture was adequate, but nothing special. We weren't sure about the other rooms in the house. Coffee was available only in the main foyer, available for all guests. The house is located on a busy corner, and while noisy during the day, the traffic was pretty quiet in the evening and night. It’s not walkable to anything interesting to visitors. We only spent one night, but we thought staying a different town would have been a better decision.

Old property. The inkeeper was very nice. No breakfast. They do have coffee, cups and a fridge. But no sink to fill the coffee machine. Close to everything in Summerside. Not ideal if you stay for more than a night. But great for an overnight and a visit beautiful Summerside PEI.

A perfectly lovey place to stay in summerside. Great service and clean newer rooms. It’s about a 10min walk from the main drag in summerside and the waterfront action. If you want a nice easy stay this is the place.

Host is very friendly and welcoming. It was very clean and the a/c works very well. Enjoyed sitting on wrap around porch. Property needs some updating including the decor and furniture (arm chair in room is ancient and not usable. The grounds have a lot of potential but will need work.
