This hotel is just off the interstate so easy to go anywhere, my 5* rating is based on the cleanliness of the place. It’s unusual to see it at this level nowadays. I would have been comfortable in bare feet even in the hallways. The family that owns it also runs it. They were very friendly and helpful. If I go to the area again I will be staying there. Thank you for the great service.

Friends of ours house caught on fire, in summerset, they whet there at 0440 in the morning to get a room and some sleep and wanted the room for one more night. the Hotel wanted to charge them $360 for the rest of that day and the next night. Who does that, is there no compassion left? We have been recommending this place to family and friends for years, will never do that again. Shame on them.

The woman who checked us in was unfriendly and failed to communicate effectively. While the room matched the pictures online, we encountered several issues: old stains on the linens, a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, and exposed wires from outlets without covers. The hotel's hot tub was out of order for the duration of our stay. On the second night, we were shocked to see multiple unexpected charges appearing on our credit card, ranging from $38 to $190. The following morning, we spoke with the manager, who claimed that the night auditor had made an error regarding our card and promised that the charges would be reversed. We made it clear that we were dissatisfied with the stained bed linens, the problematic outlets, and the A/C issues. We initially chose this hotel for its proximity to family, but based on our experience, it’s clear that staying at a hotel further away would be preferable to dealing with unreliable charges, dirty linens, and potential safety hazards. This hotel will not be my first choice in the future.

This hotel was not fancy but it was clean, well run and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good (loved the Belgian waffles!) The beds were comfortable, the room was well equipped. I would recommend this hotel for a good night’s stay!

I loved this hotel. Beautiful location and it was last minute. The staff were so nice, breakfast was great and room was so quiet! I slept amazing! Not a swanky hotel, but clean and the staff and other guest were so nice to be around. Felt like home away from home.
