"We stayed for three nights, and on the second morning, as I sat down on a chair to get ready for the day, I was bitten multiple times on my hands and feet within just a few minutes. I immediately realised there were fleas in the room. However, since we had a packed schedule during the day and were exhausted by the time we returned to the hotel, we only reported the issue to the front desk at check-out. On the third day, my partner also woke up with bite marks, and I had even more bites on my body. The front desk staff kindly asked me to show them the areas where the bites likely occurred, but I told them the entire room would probably need a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the hot water in the shower wasn’t consistently warm enough, and the water pressure was often too low, possibly due to insufficient water in the tank. The staff did come in to carry out some repairs. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional. I’m writing this review purely in the hope that they will take the necessary steps to improve the cleanliness, so that future guests can enjoy a safer and more comfortable stay."

"We were there as a family. The hotel is okay but the process to check in is not. We are supposed to check in at 2pm but we went there at 3 and the room is not ready yet. Manager has to step in to confirm the room and let us check in."
