"The cleanliness was poor. The towels, bedsheets, and blankets all had visible stains. Upon entering the room for the first time, there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. Service is quite slow; requests made through the receptionist take a long time to be addressed. There was also an incident at 6:00 AM where an alarm kept going off because a nearby door wasn't closed properly. The noise was very disturbing. I reported it to the reception and asked them to check which room it was and notify the guest to close their door. However, I waited for half an hour and the alarm was still ringing, which means the hotel staff had not taken any action."
