Super 8 by Wyndham Sulphur Lake Charles

I was happy to call and schedule a room, as they made the transaction smooth for me and each Staff Member was Excellent and Knew their Job Description and that was Excellent, The Breakfast was Great Also, The Ladies at the Front Desk were very Beautiful and always Helped me and Answered all of my Questions and I'm thankful for each one of the Employee's, If your are ever Passing By Please Stop by the Quuality Inn as it was an Excellent Place To Stay !

I would say the staff care about their customers. I stay there for 4 days and it was very quiet with no problems, also a plus about the place they have breakfast in the morning and also a weight room. I like my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Basic. Staff was nice. The rooms looked recently renovated but nothing special or high quality. The beds were too hard and 3 of the 4 complained of back pain and being uncomfortable making sleep restless. But I wouldn’t be writing a review if the hard bed was the only problem. But beware they allow loitering homeless people. Both days of our stay we saw homeless people come in and help themselves to the breakfast. Not just taking a piece of fruit but cooking multiple waffles, pouring all (yea every last drop) of the syrup in a cup and leaving with it, taking all but 2 or 3 yogurts and the rest of the fruit. This required multiple trips and no one said anything. The afternoon of the first day the woman who took all the food was there in the public restroom in the lobby bathing in the sink. I’m not against people having food and access to restrooms but when I paying for a place to stay I expect to feel safe and I did not.

Very nice front desk. Felt welcomed from thenmoment i walked in the door. Room was spacious and very neat and clean. Love the tile floors

Property in good location. Staff unfriendly.. room had roaches.
