No good! Hotel room door not fixed. No shampoo no body wash. When asked for a better room, bathroom door not closing properly and there was no shower curtain

We studied in this hotel on our travels home.
It was decent price of the staff was very nice and accommodating it.
My only complaints are. It was a wheelchair accessible room that actually wasn't. I couldn't get to one side of the bed at all. As it was jammed up along the wall. Once the sofa bed was down, there was no accessibility to the bathroom at all.
The microwave and refrigerator power ***** and plug in the wall also did not work at all.
Otherwise, everything was clean, nice and meat and in order.

Employees Lie about Cancelation policy
I spoke with the front desk manager about extending another night due to my daughters softball game being delayed, she suggested that I book another night and that she would let me cancel the night if we winded up not needing to stay and would not charge me. When I went to cancel the room the they said that she should not have offered that and that I would be charged because it was too late to cancel. Although she identified herself as the manager and promised that I could cancel late they are charging me full rate. If I wouldn’t have listened to her I wouldn’t be out of $320 for the 2 rooms I extended on that were never used! They will not offer to meet in the middle for a night stay at a later time or nothing! Very poor customer service by not leaning toward the customer when an employee makes a promise.

Great place to stay, nice and quiet. Do check sofa sleeper supplies so they are complete but supplies were delivered to room rights away which we appreciated .Highway access was perfect. Fantastic recommendation for supper at Joe’s Pizza and pasta

Our stay was great! Bedding was comfy and staff was outstanding! I’m especially impressed with the dehumidifier in the room. It so important in Louisiana. I will definitely stay here next time we visit our grandchildren!
