We spend the amazing weekend in Sulmona thanks to our super helpful host. The room was clean, functional and quiet. Great local neighbourhood atmosphere. Temepature was perfect even without air conditioning. We got basic italian breakfast (coffee and croisant) in nice and lively cafe around the corner. If you're planning to hike around (which is fabulous) you should definitely ask your host about recommended tracks. Nearby tourist office sell bus tickets, but remember that in Sunday they go only to Scanno. Ciao!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno delizioso in questo B&B, perfettamente situato nel cuore di Sulmona — una città che incanta con il suo fascino autentico, le sue piazze eleganti e l'atmosfera sospesa nel tempo. L’host è stato una presenza squisita: cordiale, brillante e generoso di consigli preziosi, che hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più ricca e piacevole. L’appartamento è accogliente, curato nei dettagli, ideale per sentirsi a casa pur lontani da casa. Un angolo perfetto da cui lasciarsi sorprendere da una delle perle d’Abruzzo. Ci torneremmo con grande piacere!

Beh… Esternamente si presente in un viottolo adiacente alla via principale di Sulmona… proprietario molto disponibile. sinceramente non rispetta i miei gusti arredamento molto basico e antico, bagno minuscolo SENZA BIDET e nelle descrizioni non era fatto presente; la doccia che facendola allaghi praticamente il bagno… Noi ci abbiamo soggiornato una notte, per fortuna… mi dispiace ma il prezzo è, a mio parere, troppo alto x la proposta offerta. Le finestre sono di fronte a delle case e quindi ad altre finestre… e’ un mini appartamento ma sinceramente, ripeto non rispecchia i miei gusti mi spiace

Il proprietario Paolo una persona squisita e disponibile a dare tutte le info sulla zona attrazioni tipiche. Struttura molto accogliente, posizione centrale ma allo stesso tempo comoda e raggiungibile con l'auto nelle ore senza ZTL. Ambiente pulito e accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo 👏

Pulizia da chiamare un impresa per pulirla a fondo,gli asciugamani puzzano di muffa cuscini del letto poco confortevoli non consigliabile il beb e molto vecchio e trascurato il bagno non c'è il bidè i cassetti del piano cottura tutti sporchi

Avevo prenotato su booking con la clausola di non rimborso in caso di disdetta. Purtroppo, per cause non dipendenti la mia volontà, mi sono trovato a disdire la prenotazione. Il titolare (super gentile), con grande correttezza, avendo nel frattempo riaffittato le stanze, mi ha comunque rimborsato la prenotazione. Gesto che ho apprezzato tantissimo.
