- I have a child and the hotel smells very strong of smoke
- Because my child was with me in the room, I asked the hotel that I would not be able to go to breakfast, and breakfast should be brought to the room, but they refused.
- I only went twice during my stay at the hotel to breakfast and it was very bad

Temiz ve bakımlı bir otel. Resepsiyonda Ece Hanım, pozitif yaklaşımları ile, konaklama açısından bize çok yardımcı oldu. Oda geniş ve rahat idi. Otopark hemen girişte ve hep yer bulduk. Kahvaltı zengindi. Uzun süre oturduk ve keyif aldık. Teşekkürler.

Hi , My room number 1220, I have complain ,since we get the key from 6th of September there's no tissue in bathroom and we informed the reception but not care , again tonight we complain that No tissue and other stuff and two small towels in bathroom, also not care we habe been waiting 2 hours waiting but doesn't comes .the service very week.
