The hardware is a bit older, but it's relatively clean, has good transportation, and is cost-effective.

It's just within walking distance of the center, but the facilities are a bit old and, typical of the people of this country, the receptionist was not very friendly.

The room is old and has an old musty smell

I walked from the bus terminal, and there was a supermarket next to it along the highway, but there was nothing resembling a restaurant. Wow, I guess this is a miss. When I checked in, I was told there was no fan or air conditioning on the second floor when I made the reservation, but the room I got was a quiet room with a view of the houses on the third floor, with air conditioning, a balcony, and a clean room. What a shame, there was no kettle, and the water heater was in the lobby on the first floor. I had to go to get hot water four times in two nights. I left the door and window open in the afternoon, and it was nice to have a nice breeze blowing through. I only went out for meals, and it was a pain to get back. The hospitality of the front desk, cleaning staff, and all the other staff was very apparent during my three-day, two-night stay.

It is 14 km away from Sukhothai Historical Park, so transportation is very inconvenient. If you use a taxi or tuk-tuk, you can get there in about 15 to 20 minutes.

A large four-storey hotel located along the bypass line in the northern suburbs of Sukhothai city. In Sukhothai city, where there are still many small, old-fashioned hotels, this hotel is equipped with modern facilities and features an exterior reminiscent of a traditional Thai house. The hotel is a little far from the old merchant houses and the rotary area where the downtown area is located, but because it is located in the suburbs, it was easy to access the hotel without getting lost. The rooms are a little dreary, but the hardware is solid and the hotel is cleaned properly, so it passes the test considering the low price of the accommodation. I noticed some lack of amenities (no shampoo), but I accepted this as a common practice in hotels throughout Sukhothai province. Although the management attitude is focused on cost-effectiveness, it is not cheap and bad, and the quality of the stay is above average. The reception staff was polite and I liked it. Incidentally, there is a large local supermarket, which seems to be run by the same owner, on the hotel premises, so I didn't have to go far to buy groceries, which was a relief.
