優點：在海邊缺點：1.朋友拿錯門匙不得進去，打電話，值班人員稱出去解決問題了，一個多小時才回來處理。因為房間不是很大，朋友不好意思進來打擾大家，於是在門口吹了差不多一個小時的風，後來實在受不了才進去別的房間等。2.假期差不多400塊錢的房費，連一瓶礦泉水都不提供，沐浴露也忘記添加。有一間房衞生間的燈是壞的，晚上沒有人來維修。3.整體衞生搞得不是很好，衹是打掃了垃圾，換了床單、被套，其他的都沒有收拾。4.在餐廳用餐，68元1份的海鮮粥差點以為是白粥，而且水多米少。5.晚上在海邊很冷，房間的空氣衹能開冷氣。

糟糕的要命，洗手盆全是污垢，牆體發黴，鏡子也都是污漬。這種洗手間完全不能下手使用。房間下面是餐廳，晚上還有燒烤宵夜，昨晚吵鬧到零晨1點才安靜下來。海邊的水也不太乾淨，有排污口，水是黃色的。

環境好，房間就在沙灘上，增加了小童跳跳網床。餐廳可以加工海鮮。每天都有漁船回來在海邊。不用一大早去漁市都能吃到不打氧海鮮，非常好。就是餐廳出餐太慢了 。另外就是希望在房間的樓下增加一個水龍頭，可以讓客人上去房間前淋乾淨沙子，就不用搞到房間一屋都是沙。住一天還好，住兩天就忍受不了房間全部是沙了
