其實住過三四次了，每次感覺都不是特別滿意首先來説
設施：設施上房間裏面連個喝水的杯子都沒有，都是需要向前台要一次性的水杯才可以，再一個就是洗浴間的地漏不知道是堵了還是什麼情況，積水很嚴重，包括整體的洗漱用品的質量我真的覺得不太符合這個價位的檔次，還有就是完全可以放一條單獨的毛巾在洗浴間出來的地上，不然會弄的房間裏地上全是水，沒滑倒就純是運氣好，唯一説得過去的就是電腦配置上還是可以的，而且投影儀遙控器居然還拿錯了，顧客試半天也不行。真的不知道該説什麼，同樣的價位，但是整體的設施條件比你們好的大有人在，真的應該好好考慮提升一下設施水平了
衞生：衞生上面也不説了，因為是住兩天，續住的時候，那個床單上都還有臟的，還有頭髮，洗漱間也是包括燒水壺這些肉眼看上去就是沒洗，包括地上像沒拖的樣子，衹是總體看上去還過得去，但是不能老是以還過得去來要求吧
環境：環境還是很不錯的，高層也很安靜
服務：雖然問題很多，但是服務上還是很好的，基本上是有求必應
最後還是希望酒店高層能夠好好對酒店本身的一些基礎設施能夠儘快改善
