距離市中心綏芬河廣場特別近，樓下一條街都是俄文牌匾，很適合拍照，門口停車位不是很好找，而且還是單行，需要注意。

酒店的房間很好，設施齊全，被褥也乾淨，衞生間使用方便。房間裏沒有空調，老闆給了一個電風扇，實際上我們沒有用，晚上挺涼快的。
房間裏沒有瓶裝的礦泉水，但走廊裏備有桶裝水。
酒店周圍吃飯很方便，往坡上走不遠有很多飯館，往坡下走還有早市和夜市。
門前馬路上有路側停車位，通常都佔滿了，需要開車去找。
綏芬河的路不是上坡就是下坡，到酒店的大堂就要上台階，還好酒店有電梯。
住了一晚，價格不貴，感覺還可以。
