酒店房間乾淨整潔，，環境很好，酒店位置不錯，去哪裡都是很方便，雖然酒店設施稍微舊了些。但是還是一個老牌酒店，管理完善，服務到位。早餐品種不多。有待提高。

對於自駕遊客來説，這家酒店有自己的停車場地，車位充足，停車方便安全。位置也很好，距離國門景區、人頭樓、大白樓、中心廣場都在幾公里範圍內，開車很方便，也有停車的地方。酒店設施完備，房間用品齊全，乾淨整潔。前台服務熱情，早餐一般。

環境：十分優美，站在窗前就可以欣賞到湖景廣場噴泉，聽到廣場音樂。步行湖邊散步，就可以看到和平使者紀念館和在和平公園裡的和平使者雕像

總算見識到了什麼叫“反向升級”！
我預訂的是豪華雙床房，店家主動給我免費升級成三人間，我有些疑問，店家各種説辭不勝其煩，被我一語拆穿後不得不承認是豪華雙床房緊張，我心一軟就同意了升級，也就沒再堅持我的訴求。
到了房間才知道上了一個大當，房間的面積也沒有説的那麼大呀？所謂三人間不過就是雙床房裡硬塞進一張床，我等於是花了豪華雙床房的錢住了一個高級雙床房，充電都是個問題。布草略顯破舊，網速真的不太好，電視節目衹有11個頻道，有的台還沒有節目。
大清早就被鞭炮聲吵醒，後來才發現一共有三個接親的隊伍，瞬間明白了店家為什麼要主動升級三人間了。你們收紅包了吧？我的紅包呢？
