賓館的老闆人很好，洗澡水很大很熱，住的舒服，離哈姆飯店非常的近，飯店一二層在裝修，三樓可以拼桌推薦。

Доброго дня, направляюсь с Харбина во Владивосток пришлось переночевать в Суйфэньхэ, честно сказать номер выбирал по цене и поблизости к центральной площади. Понятно что номерной фонд немножко под износился, но за эти деньги и чтобы переночевать одну ночь зашло нормально. Заселился рядом в кафе покушал, вышел на площадь прогулялся. Порадовал телевизор на русском языке, за 10 дней прогулок по Китаю в других городах это не было, в любом случае был телевизор, был душ с горячей водой с зубной пастой щёткой и шампунью, полотенце и кровать.

Это очень старая гостиница для русских туристов. В номере давно не было ремонта и обслуживания. Плохая вентиляция. Не работали некоторые лампы. Плохое освещение. Входная дверь плохо закрывалась, что влияет на безопасность ваших вещей. В номере было грязно. Не работал телевизор. В гостинице очень шумно, так как рядом находится кафе где много пьяных русских. Не рекомендую эту гостиницу.

Коллеги, в целом я отелем остался доволен. У меня не было особых ожиданий от него. Ресепшен, заселение, полотенца, набор для душа, горячая вода, кружки, чайник, телек - все это есть, к этому претензией нет. Персонал приветлив, по русски можно поговорить. Ремонт в номерах конечно мягко скажем "жесть", однако отдыху и сну это не мешает. Стены по крайней мере покрашены в белый недавно. Слегка уловимый запах сигарет в туалете-ванне, в самом номере сигаретами совсем не пахло - это достижение для китайского отеля. С другой стороны, коллеги, какого вы вообще курите в номерах?! В коридоре на этаже есть бесплатные весы, очень удобно для тех кто поедет назад с вещами и подарками.
