差評！差評！差評！這是一家品質很差的小旅館。很偏，周邊吃喝不方便，主要服務員品行很差。早上退房時硬説這個忱套上的污漬是我吃葯弄上的，我根本就沒吃什麼葯。莫名其妙，從按金中強行扣十元。不是錢的問題，是這個行為可恥。第一次來綏芬河，給我留下很多美好回憶，唯有這個旅店行業是我這麼多年旅行遇上的第一回。望親們最好不要住他家，要住的話也要提前把用品檢查一遍，拍照，預防不測，最好別住，別給自己帶來不愉快

海參崴四日遊回來又住一晚，酒店乾淨舒適，寬敞亮堂，歐式風格的裝修很豪華大氣，衞生間寬敞乾淨沒異味，設施配置比較新，周邊環境安靜，吃飯散步方便，獨立停車場，前台美女服務態度好，熱情好客，點贊強烈推薦這家賓館

不多的隸屬政府的酒店，門口免費停車；房間大，桌子足夠；房間暖氣片插上分分鐘散熱增温；床品乾淨乾爽；服務枱美女熱情為我們寫了旅遊指南；為更好睡眠大床房晚上一人一床被，舒適的一覺到天明。設施舊但不影響使用。

酒店座落在綏芬河新站的背後的居民住宅區內，到酒店衹能繞左或右一大圈才達，在新區邊上不是老城區。出租車費9元，最好使用當地平台呼叫📞的出租車（************），説出目的地，出租車很快到你的地方並送達，網約車基本用不了無車應。到後發現大堂光亮，俄風重。
另外，房間基本設施舊有的破損；隔音不好。
好在該酒店屬政府接待賓館，人客會好些。
