We needed an overnight stay while driving from New York area to Chicago, and although not right off I-80, it is less than 10 minutes off the exit, so worked out fine. Friendly check-in staff, full of good information. A welcome sign for Marriott Bonvoy members was a nice touch! Good breakfast. Very clean. Very comfortable. Mini fridge in room. Well lit parking. Very close to restaurants, coffee shops, gas, and Penn State branch campus. And I greatly appreciated the friendly sign by the elevators regarding quiet hours. That type of consideration is a sign of good management! We would stay again when the need arises.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to enjoy.
The pool area was well maintained and made the experience even better!

Easy and quick check in with kind staff. Room ready right away, clean and good air conditioning. Quiet property. Had mini waffle maker with the free breakfast it was solid. Would recommend for sure.

Staff has been amazing eaxh stay. Here for work.at times and they are poliete and accommodating. Rooms are clean, bed is super comfortable.

This was the worst customer service experience for me ever. We requested for a late checkout which was denied even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. The staff never asked if any of us was a member. We learned that the late checkout was extended to ALL other guests who are member . The hotel staff’s inconsistent response to guest requests was our initial complaint. Subsequently the front desk manager offered to remedy the situation and refused to connect us to the general manager and asked for us not to report the incident to the corporate office. However she didn’t follow up. We paid an extra night for an 1.5 hour stay. No one else did.

Well-maintained, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. I accidentally left my hat there and they recovered it and got it back to me. Breakfast room was a little bit crowded and hectic, but we were there on a Saturday morning so that makes sense. Food was good.

Pricey for what was provided
Nice hotel, easy access to the highway and to a local restaurant, but for the price, the room was only fair and the breakfast was truly horrid. For what the chain considers its elite "Bonvoy" experience, simple things like a fan in the bathroom and an ice machine on every floor should be included. Breakfast items were missing and the eggs looked like they had been made the day before and were truly inedible. Might try it again because of its convenience but...
