The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility, rooms and breakfast area were very clean. The continental breakfast was basic but a nice touch.

Due to an emergency I had to cancel the motel. Though it was guaranteed reservations I had a request if they could give me at least half refund or a future credit because we had a water flooding in the house and had to take care of that. But it was a small personal motel and I stayed there before. But they wouldn’t consider any thing and I am hundred percent sure they got that room full. I cancelled night before. This motel has the full control of everything. They don’t care about customer relationship. I advise people not ever go to this motel. In emergency situation if people cancel giving enough notice still they won’t give refund and will try to make double money. I have the worst experience with this motel.

Nice find.
The room has been recently updated. Bed very comfortable. Water pressure great & shower is perfect. The staff were very friendly & wanted to ensure we had a good stay. It was quiet at night, regardless how close the motel is to the highway. I recommend staying here.

I will say the room was clean.....that is the positive. Fridge great for food, decent size. Very expensive for what we got. No internet....issues connecting and staff saying it is a me issue and not a them issue also showing possible security issues when trying to log on. The TV was limited with channels. Not many and the tv kept cutting out with no connection as it was an internet based tv (Konex?). Language barriers which lead to billing issues with multiple family members who stayed there (booked for two nights but had access only one day got fixed but still an issue). Great if you want to stop for one night and need a place to stay to sleep but not good for much else. Will not be staying there again.

Great Stay
It was a great stay. I was travelling with a 9 year old and had an XBOX to hook up and the Manager helped me hook it up which was great. I actually accidently left my vehicle tailgate open all night by accident and nothing was taken which was both lucky and shows it is in a decent are. Would stay again when going through Sudbury.

Short and Sweet
Clean hotel room with convenient breakfast and fast-reacting service. The room was a bit smaller than expected and a TV upgrade would be nice, BUT overall a good choice for a short trip to Sudbury!

Nice road side motel. Check in was fast and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small issue with the TV in our room but the person at the front desk had it fixed right away and then called us back in about 30 minutes to make sure it was working well and we weren't having any more issues. The room was very clean. It has a small continental breakfast that was fine.
