Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sudbury

Hotel was very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were also very well maintained. First day for breakfast was decent and server was nice but on the second morning item spots changed and when you asked the server on that day this one wasn’t very friendly and it seemed like an inconvenience to ask for anything. Everything else about this hotel was great and we would book again

This location was recommended by coworkers residing in the area. The good: friendly staff, reasonably fast check-in, ample parking and keyless entry. The pool looked fun for kids (I didn’t use it, but kids were loving it) and the gym was enough to suit my needs. The not so great: my room faced the Kingsway. The noise from the traffic was overwhelming and went on all night. The AC unit was brutally loud, breakfast (bacon, eggs and sausage) were all cold. Not just a little, completely cold. The bed was really soft too, and I realize this may be someone’s preference, but I felt like I was sinking all night. The bathroom was ok, but when I checked in, sunlight was shining in and showed splatters all over the door and floor. Or kind of grossed me out. Lastly, I was unable to connect to WIFI. And minor, but there was no body or hand cream - forgot mine, so this was a little bit of a disappointment. I’d give it another try for work purposes, but would ask to be on the opposite side of the building.

Warm friendly staff.. clean and zero surprises.. Ample parking and right across from all the major box stores... With plenty of restaurants from The Keg to McDonalds on both sides... Front desk girl was warm, friendly and knowledgeable... exactly what we need after a long day or work and travel!

Checkin attendant was very polite room was very clean. Late checkin was available that night breakfast looked good just didn’t eat that morning

Decent hotel for the amount you are paying. Rooms and property are clean and staff friendly. Breakfast is typical fare - scrambled eggs, sausage links, beans and make your own waffles - along with cereal or oatmeal, yogurt and breads. beds are very soft

Our room was above the sliding entrance doors that we heard open and close all night . Halls and rooms smelled like wet carpets , room had water damage and a tablet was found in out "clean" room

If we stay in the future, we definitely will be bringing our own pillows. The location was great for shopping as everything was really close by!
