Very clean hotel and all services are close to the hotel and there is also a place for the car for only 10€ ❤️🇩🇪❤️🇪🇹

The room was clean and comfortable but none of the tvs worked in the room and the person at the desk for the evening shift was… a lot.

Wifi not good staff is good

A really, really average hotel. It's small, not very clean, and the beds aren't very good. I decided to go there because my travel expenses were limited, otherwise it's a hotel I wouldn't particularly want to go to.

It's rubbish. Don't stay here. It's just like a guest house. No air conditioning. Everything costs money. The service is terrible. Don't ask. If you ask, don't stay here.

Very good, very good

The service was extremely poor, and the room we booked was very different from the actual room. We booked a standard double room, but it was actually a room on the top floor with 8 beds. When I went downstairs to report it, the service staff had a very bad attitude, thinking that we Chinese were deliberately looking for trouble. The next day, the check-out time was 11:12, so they told us that if we checked out after 11 o'clock, we would be charged 1 euro for every minute after 11 o'clock, and asked us to pay an additional 12 euros. When I mentioned again that the room we were arranged in was wrong last night, the waiter actually told me that we booked a standard room but we stayed in a large suite, and asked us to pay the additional fee. I was really convinced. Finally, a kind reminder, be sure to avoid scams and don't be deceived by photos!

Hotel a little far from the center but easily reachable by public transport, fairly good structure, excellent reception service.

Very nice gentleman at check-in. Unfortunately, despite advance payment and early check-in, we only got a room in the basement/cellar in the neighboring house. ... felt very much like a second-class customer. Furnishings like grandma's times, but condition was ok except for the mini TV. Bad ventilation defective, bathroom Unfortunately, the bathroom and laminate in front of it also had their best days behind them. WLAN was a different hotspot than it said. Telephone reception Telekom and Vodafone both very bad thanks to Keller in this case. All in all, despite the very friendly receptionist in this case, who also took the concerns seriously. No, not this hotel chain for me anymore.
