Tru by Hilton Stuttgart

We travel on a motorcycle and have been getting pummeled in late day rains on this trip. This was our first stay at a Tru hotel and we were a little skeptical of the modern Ikea look and feel of the rooms. As it turned out, I LOVE that there is no carpeting in the rooms - much more sanitary IMHO. And, for our 1 night stays... we never use those big drawers in other hotels anyway. And... BIG TV (maybe a 50")!! Room has a fridge - no microwave or coffee pot. I do wish there had been a coffee maker in the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well! Breakfast was comparable to other Hilton properties.

THIS. This is the best TRU to stay at—in the entire US! The staff are AMAZING! I don’t worry about a single thing while staying there. We travel with my huge service dog, teenagers, on their busiest week of the entire year, and they always provide the BEST experience possible. 🏆🏆🏆 We L♥️VE them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first experience with a "Tru". And, not my last. Both the check-in and check-out were great. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent. All-in-all, this first experience has set a high bar for others to at least meet.

Overall hotel was very nice other than loud doors and cold breakfast at 6:00 am. I barely slept cause of doors shutting and when I needed a warm breakfast to start my day at 6:00 am when they started serving it was cold!

The staff at this hotel were the best ever! I can’t say enough about their effort to make the entire stay perfect. Stuttgart lost power during a storm and they handled beach request with grace and ease. They were fabulous!!

Terrible customer service this place is a scam and a robbery watch your cc i git charge $250 smoking for a room i never once smoked in and when i called to talk to the manager about it Lakita she didnt care at all she was keeping the charges on ive spent 4 year in hilton hotels as a member and never in my whole time have i ever been accused of such blasphemy. I do not recommend giving this hotel your hard earned money might as well go to a motel 6 at least you know your screwed there.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and had nice amenities. Convenient location for hunting excursions and close to restaurants. Our only issue was the extremely rude girl at the front desk. I understand everyone is short staffed which is stressful but you don’t have to take it out on the customers. We drove 9 1/2 hours and were greeted with a bad attitude. We didn’t appreciate that at all!!

First experience with Tru. Booked online at Hilton website. Digital key option is offered but won't work at this site. Employees confirmed this. Most guests have no way of knowing this and are instructed to check in at the hotel and obtain key cards. Either don't offer the option, or make it work as guests don't realize they're wasting time and have no way of knowing about it. Checked out the old fashioned way as well pondering if the digital check out process may not be any better. Also, I understand this is the cheapest option offered by Hilton. My first experience with a Hilton brand that's cheap but not inexpensive. Drury & Hampton among others offer more for that rate. I can say I tried it though. Clean room, small room but very comfortable and bathroom very clean. Elevators work very well and clean as well. Nice parking lot too. Employees very helpful and friendly.

Tru offered a pleasant stay in the small town of Stuttgart. Lobby was decorated nicely and even had a pool table. Rooms are a little smaller but clean and modern. Several different options were available for breakfast.
