They couldn’t find our reservation in their system. Found it eventually, but that was frustrating. The rooms have very thin walls (heard everything from other rooms) and beds are lumpy.

In a word, disgusting. Non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke. Bathroom ceiling and walls had peeling paint. Utterly disgusting experience. Not a lot of great options to stay over for Brimfield, but this one should be avoided at all costs.

Our original air flight was canceled so we weren't able to get to the property until after midnight. They had rented our room to someone else and spent a half hour getting another room ready. We were hoping to sleep in but early in the morning there were people standing right outside our window smoking and talking. Also trucks making noise as they left for the day.

Pictures online were deceptive.
Front desk worker could do nothing without talking on the phone, had to talk on the phone for check in.

It was difficult to figure out where to pull into the property. Then, it was awkward to have 1 person wait on me and several watch. However, they were nice.
For the most part, the property is nice. The desk drawer kept sliding out and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely but it was clean which is more than I can say for the one we tried to stay at earlier today.
