This place is a complete disrepair and should not be open to the public… and for the price . Outdated is an understatement and the photos they have are a complete farse. There are no restaurants everything is falling down and looked closed for past decade . There is no hot tub, the paddle boats are in a pile and dock is falling down. Everything is literally dirty and broken from hall ceilings and walls to the bathrooms and rooms , pool area you name it . You look out the window and see piles of garbage. This place was probably a great once but it is way passed it hay day . It was not cheap and I was hoping to get a little vacation so I was pretty upset. I could barley sleep room was so dirty, bed so uncomfortable and smelled, The only upside was the lady at the front desk was an absolute pleasure.

Hallways smell really bad. The whole place in need a paint job and new carpeting. Cheap motel vibe. People very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and and sheets were clean

The door did not lock or have a safety latch and my 3 year old son was able to run out of the room at random. The first time realizing this, i broke my foot chasing home down the hall. I was refused another room for safety concerns and eventually used heavy furniture to block the door. There were cracks in the walls, the double rooms and bathrooms were very tiny. There is no dining or breakfast offered. And the pool/beach that was featured was filled in with concrete. I paid extra for the double queen deluxe suite and was downgraded due to lack of room available. I was charged $20 for a cot resulting in my overall total for my stay of about $200. I also had mystery charges for things i had not requested for my room.
