We had an 8 day reservation we booked months ago. Today, i received an email that the reservation has been cancelled, with no reason given. This appears to be a common occurance with this campground. Have a backup plan if you elect to book with this location.

Place needs a lot of TLC. The "lake" is more of a pond and the beach area needed a good clean up. The mini golf course was nothing more than some holes in moldy carpeting. Really needs updating.

Very disappointed ☹️ We are longtime TT members and travel FT. We booked this RV resort in February for 2 weeks starting 6/28-7/12. Yesterday 6/25 we received a typical “welcome” email around 9am, then around 3:30pm we received a “Reservation cancelled”. This is the weekend before 4th of July- heavy travel week! I tried calling starting at 9am today 9/26 and they were closed until at least 930 am, which then they turned on the auto messaging system so there was not a live person I could talk to! I called TT reservations at 9am EST and the agent said the reservation was canceled by the property. We had NO follow-up to why our reservation was canceled and they never even called us back as I had asked them to on their answering machine. Then this morning we got another “welcome” email (second one) from TT (which I am not sure how this was automated since there is no longer a reservation in our trips on TT website). I can’t even tell you how many resorts I had to call to find a reservation for the 2 weeks since we are in NY and we are on our way to Maine, especially since this is a week away from 4th of July! This is one of the WORST experiences I have had with TT and one of our first and unfortunate experiences with the NE states in TT. I would not recommend booking with this property if they can’t even do the simple task of communicating with customers. Telling us why they are canceling a reservation and doing it in a more timely manner after people have had a reservation booked for 4+ months before a holiday weekend! Not a good experience at all!

Staff and workers excellent. Grounds and camp sites showing there age. Overall not a bad place peaceful place, fire pit and picnic table, pay laundry work great, smaller camp store little pricey, like that they sell firewood and ice delivered to your site . We would stay again in the future

The camp amenities such as golf and horseshoe pits are a bit outdated. No pool or hot tub either which is a letdown. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Grounds are kept clean and staff is very attentive to campers. Fun activities for the kids.

did what we where looking for, it was a place to sleep. We spent very little time on site. while the campground was quiet for the most part, sites where close together and small. there was also a smell of sewage in the area of our site. Overall was a descent stay for us, as we did not need to spend a lot of time on site.

I was very pleased with the cabin we stayed in. Very clean and had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. The campground was quiet and the campers were respectful. The staff were welcoming and answered any questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this campground.

I’ll start off by saying that the staff here is very friendly and helpful. That’s not the problem with this campground. This place is very run down. There are a lot of full-timers here and not much pride of ownership. Campsites are cramped and not well maintained. We did have full *******, but very expensive at nearly $70/night for a 30ft back in site that was very uneven, and trashy. This was our very first experience with Thousand Trails. Unfortunately, we probably won't ever stay at another.

The only good thing about this place was the staff was very nice, other than that it stinks. Most of the sites are seasonal campers and residential trailer homes. Many yards cluttered with junk. The sites in the D section are extremely close together. We were in L which is up a narrow dirt road. There are NO ammenities. No pool or hot tub, don't know where these photos are from. Mini golf was pitiful, falling apart. Don't believe the management photos, they are 10 years oid. and nothing looks that good. Only stopped here to break up our drive. Can't understand people actually wanting to spend time here. Would not recommend to anyone.
