The Goddard Place is located 5 miles East of Anna off of Route 146. We only have one cabin. It is close to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, the Southern Illinois Wine Trail and the Shawnee National Forest. Your cabin features a living area with a sleeper sofa (for the young ones in the family), a recliner, a 32' flat screen television with DirecTV and a DVD player. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, glassware and silverware. The queen sleigh bed, jacuzzi tub and lavatory complete the room. There is a shower and plenty of towels are provided. All you need to bring is your provisions!! Mattress was extremely firm. No chairs on the dock like shown in the pictures. Otherwise we appreciated a clean cabin with everything we needed. Also it is a great location. Thank you for everything, we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we could do is have more hot water, since there isn't much of it, and the air conditioning is noisy, and add a small stove for cooking.

Relax and Renew
Clean, quiet, comfortable cabin situated on an absolutely gorgeous property. Spent a week golfing, reading, and of course, wine tasting. Exceeded my expectations.
