Excellent welcome service; Immediate next to WaterWorld, decent room size and nice decoration but have no cooling A/C; quite a small swimming pool and jacuzzi been sealed off; excellent stream room which is sufficiently hot and wet; limited choices for dinner and breakfast.

What a lovely stay we've had! Cleanliness is spot on, great breakfast with plenty to choose from, we visited the pool as well, very warm and clean, shame it's only available in 45mins slots

Good breakfast, good (but expensive) bar, fantastic gym/sauna/steam facilities, comfortable rooms.
We met the family there so location was perfect for us.

Though the reception allowed us to check in around an hour early but the service overall was not good, particularly their food area. We were hungry but they were talking about waiting for 2 hours or so for having lunch. All sorts of weird things. Not friendly. At night, reception was empty while I was waiting to get a delivery. I’ll never visit this hotel again.

Had a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great bed and excellent shower. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
