Comfort Suites

I booked this hotel based on location and price, so I went in with pretty low expectations however I was pretty surprised with what I got. It appeared everything was remodeled recently, however it had the feeling it was done very cheaply. It was a huge hotel, but when we showed up the first thing we noticed was there were almost no other cars in the lot which wasn't a great sign. The floors had footprints all over them and the walls and elevators had scuff marks all over the place. When we got to our room the bench under the TV had been pushed into the walk way blocking you from walking to the other side of the bed. There was debris all over the floor where it was supposed to be. It looked like maybe a repair had been made to an outlet and they cut away the drywall and didn't clean up afterward? I really have no idea what it has, but it was a mess. I was willing to overlook that, but it seemed very consistent with the condition of the rest of the hotel. We'd been considering using the pool and hot tub, but I looked into the pool room and there was pretty massive water damage around one of the windows. The drywall was bubbling and there was significant debris on the floor between the wall and the pool that had collapsed, and some was floating in the pool. I looked down into the hot tub and noticed multiple tiles missing. For sure lost interest in using the facilities immediately and was glad I didn't pay $20 to include the hotel breakfast on our stay. Sheets and bed seemed clean and well made, which was the most important part, so we slept got up early and hit the road.

I truly enjoyed my recent stay at the Comfort Suites. The only thing that my husband and I wasn't very fond of was the height of the bathroom toilet. It was too short!!!

Comfortable and Clean Great place to stay that want too costly. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and quiet. Great location!

The accommodations were great but the staff was out of this world. Patrick,Brittany, Becky, Ashley, Ty, Austin, and Mel are the nicest people ever. They were more like friends from day 1!! We stayed here 3 1/2 months for work. If im ever here again this is definitely where we will stay. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast choices were good. Close to so many great places to eat. Grocery store next door. Hiking trails near by. A small park with a pond behind the hotel with ducks and geese. 100/100.

The hotel and staff were great amd very accomidating. The 40 families with kids from Iowa soccer not so much. Very bad parenting and noisy late i to the night. Front desk tried and were very apologetic. Playing soccer in hallways and wrestling after 10 at night was craziness.
