This is a well managed hotel and workers there obviuosly take pride in their work. I thought the hotel was very clean. Room was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again

I debated on posting but I have to say something, our room had cockroachs. I did let the front desk know, they apologized profusely but this is not exceptable. We always worry about bed bugs, never put anything on the bed, floor, soft surfaces, etc. Never did I expect this, bugs coming out when we turned on the lamp in the morning. More on the sink counter when that light was turned on, hard surfaces, no where is safe to put your thing's. This is not something you want to bring home with you. I do not want to harm anyone's livelihood but this is very serious and it needs to be rectified.

I am not going to lie. I had a much better experience than I expected. I felt very welcomed. My two sons and I stayed there for Goalie Camp and it was great. The staff are very friendly. To me, it seems more than just a job to them. They loved what they do, and that’s hard to find nowadays. I felt very safe and just overall very comfortable all 6 days we were there. Great environment for family to stay. Having a pool there is plus. It’s small but it was never too busy or too crowded. Everyone just seems so polite. I would go back there in a heartbeat, which we will for our next camp. Overall, the hotel was very clean for the areas that I have seen. If I had a point a con, for me, it is the bathroom design. The face basin or sink was separated, which I appreciated, but I wish there was room to put personal things in the bathroom (bath tub + toilet) area. The only place to put things on was on top of the toilet seat. I hated doing that. I believe the space above the toilet could easily fit a small shelf to put change of clothes, deodorant and other small personal items. If you’re a couple, not a problem getting dressed outside the bath area, but with kids it’s different. Not sure if all the rooms are designed that way, but that’s how 206 was. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience as would stay there again.

Can’t get much better than this. The staff was extremely friendly, got me in right away and the room was immaculate. Highly recommend anyone to stay here if you’re in the area!

Check did not go smoothly but the front desk clerk was very nice and made us still feel welcome. There was a computer glitch beyond her control.

The bed and pillows were so hard. Room smelled like mildew. No clean towels when we returned after a long hot day.

This was an okay hotel. I would stay there if was just me but with a family or group of adults, I just cannot recommend. The hotel is dated and the breakfast, well, we left and went out for breakfast. That is all I can say. The hotel needs updating. Front desk staff was very nice. She was the only one we had contact with.

The building is definitely older, the furniture is a bit scuffed up and the carpet is worn. Everything was very clean and the staff was nice. Hot tub and pool were both working and clean!! That was the big highlight, which was good because the breakfast was awful, your only options where waffles with just syrup and biscuits and gravy, bagged oatmeal or three cereal options, the yogurt was in those prepackaged containers but there where no toppings available. Gave the hotel 4 stars for staff friendliness, cleanliness and an actual working hot tub!!
