Brand New Hotel… so new you could still smell the paint. Very clean (it is brand new). Not impressed by front desk. Josh did not acknowledge my Hilton status, no water bottles were given as part of my status. I was having a hard time locating my id (my fault) but Josh was unhelpful & basically told me I could not check in without it which I found hilarious since at most Hilton properties I can skip the front desk entirely with my digital key. For some reason this reservation was not linking to my app… maybe because the hotel is brand new. I will continue to be loyal to Hilton but customer service was lacking. I did not feel welcome which is not what I am accustomed to at other properties.

This was a brand new hotel. Front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was large and had two queen beds, a sofabed, small kitchen area with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes. Very convenient. The mattress was very firm. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower with a grab bar and a nice anti-slip floor. The shower had two adjustable showerheads and good water pressure. Handheld showerwand was affixed to the main fixture by a magnet so it was easy to handle. There was a guest laundry in the hotel. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and complimentary parking. I would stay there again without hesitation.
