Owner cancelled my longstanding booking so they could accept another booking. Leaving us having to vastly over lpay for alternative accommodation.
Not acceptable. Pointless booking if you can't have confidence that they will go out your booking.
They decided to allow previous guests to extend as it was worth more money to them.

It is a good place for a short stay. It seems some rooms are tiny. I got a small room which is only enough to put a double bed. My advice is to confirm the room size before you book.

I booked this accommodation in Oct 2021 for Christmas & Boxing Day. All was confirmed in writing & verbally less than a week before Christmas. At 10.35pm on Christmas Eve he texted me saying "the booking was cancelled because of double booking". Very late in the day! We live in Essex and we were in Bedfordshire by then. We had been badly let down by this manager. The treatment was appalling and very upsetting as we were looking forward to a happy Christmas.
