The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/travel theme that reflects the spirit of our other Compass listings. We are 3 blocks from TSU and close to the Downtown Square. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. It's a Studio style floor plan and it has a private, vintage bathroom. The kitchenette has a sink, Keurig, and a mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We offer a Level 2, 210 EV Charger.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No Smoking or Vaping. $250 fee for doing so

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Compass Loft. This is our second stay and are grateful to have found this location. The online description and pictures are spot on and the hosts are very easy to work with and are very welcoming. The host’s communication is very descriptive and helpful. We’ll always look to see if this property is available before booking anywhere else.

Highly Recommend
This was the cutest loft! The owner thought of everything and added personal touches for us specifically. Everything was nice and clean. Instructions were clear and communication was excellent. We will use this owner again for this loft or her other properties!
