"I can not explain how grossed out I am, and how ridiculous Baymont Inn & Suites are in Freeport! I had found bed bugs in my bed, and instead of refunding my money they said they would be able to move me 4 doors down. I would need to wait for the morning to get a refund. I didn’t even want to stay there at this point! I had no other options but to sleep it off with all the lights on, and miserable night of sleep! I wake up to find out since I stayed the night and didn’t leave the hotel refused to refund me for my stay because I ended up staying the night. See the pic for reference of the nasty bed bugs there!!"

West Motel

"Well had to get a room while I was visiting freeport and this was the nastiest motel I have ever been to. There was so much gunk in bath tub I didn't dare use it the jets was filled with I don't even know what it was called. The outside of tub was black tape together and the walls I can't even begin to explain what was on them. The toilet leaned I was afraid I was gonna fall off it. The bed sheets had holes in them it was beyond terrible. But I do have to say the lady working seemed very nice."
