Останавливалась на одну ночь, будний день, тихо. До исторического центра , Крепостной горы, минут 20 бодрым шагом и в то же время в лесу. Формальности с оформлением заезда/выезда сведены до минимума, была предоплата, в т.ч. завтрак. На кухне/столовой имеется чайник (кулер с холодной водой в холле), есть небольшое меню. Надеялась, что на завтрак будет что-то из него, мимо. Нужно было бронировать без завтрака, а заказать вареники или пельмени из меню.

В прекрасный город Ставрополь приехали с сыном на соревнования и естественно искали гостиницу недалеко от места их проведения. Заранее созвонился и пытался забронировать номер ,как оказалось свободных номеров С УДОБСТВАМИ(да,есть у них и без удобств) оказался только 4х местный.цену мне огласили 2400 и меня это устроили! По приезду на ресепшене мне огласили сумму 3600(2400 номер,ужин на двоих и завтрак на двоих) . Меня и это не смутило и не остановило до тех пор пока не заселились в номер.... Я крайне не притязателен и поверьте в многих гостиницах побывал и ситуации разные были... НО ТУТ ФИНИШ! Начнём с того,что на самой гостинице есть бегущая рекламная строка где указано,что стоимость моего номера 2000 и завтрак включён!!! Дальше по номера: 1.свет частичные 2.решётки на окнах 3.сырость 4.ОБСАЛЮТНО ВСЁ ВОКРУГ ГРЯЗНО!!! (ЛОПНУВШИЙ ЛИНОЛИУМ,ПАЛАС С КУСКАМИ ГРЯЗИ,ПАУТИНА,ПЫЛЬ,НЕТ РУЧЕК НА ДВЕРЯХ,ГОРЯЧАЯ ВОДА СПУСТЯ 40МИНУТ МОЛИТВЫ,) Отдельно хочу поблагодарить сотрудников кухни! Эти феи!очень сильно стараются сделать всё из ничего и что бы было вкусно!!!! СПАСИБО ВАМ ОГРОМНОЕ! В заключении! Добровольно уж точно туда не поеду и вам не советую особенно если вы с детьми!!!
