It was my first time staying at this hotel with my family, and we had booked a king-size room for two nights. but the counter gives us a full-size bed, a small size for two people staying, inside bedrooms small and dirty. The wash basin is clogged, and water can not flow out. They were kind enough to provide new bath towels, but they were not cleaned.

The hotel is located a few kilometers away from the university. It is more convenient to go to the university. The service is quite satisfactory and the facilities are okay. I stayed in the hotel for a week and overall I felt good.

Need to have the ice machines serviced so a guest doesn’t have to walk the hole way around the building and then be told to go find another one and it didn’t work and if that was didn’t go up the stairs and there is another one there and it didn’t work so we had to walk the hole way around the building again on the second floor to find one ice machine that worked. Then while walking all the way around the stairs outside to go to the ground floor and parking lot were closed (Saftey Issue if there was a fire). The service desk employees were very polite.

Super cute hotel. Staff very professional and friendly. Many options of food. The bar area and hallway is all decorated with frames of famous artists, sport players, musician pictures and their original signatures. Water bottles are free! Very clean, organized. Indoor and outdoor pool, very rare to see on these days. Lovely place to stay.

The pictures do the talking. Terrible shower heads, hot water inconsistent. A/C sounds like diesel truck every time kicks on. Beds not to terribly uncomfortable, mirror in bathroom upgraded. Indoor pool looked updated. Only pluses.
