The worst hotel I have ever visited.
The most pathetic staff and system
No cleaning of rooms no response to calls for service worst breakfast least cleanliness
I would strongly recommend anybody not to even remotely consider this hotel as they cheat customers and take only money for the room rest is pathetic……………..

It was my first time staying at this hotel with my family, and we had booked a king-size room for two nights. but the counter gives us a full-size bed, a small size for two people staying, inside bedrooms small and dirty. The wash basin is clogged, and water can not flow out. They were kind enough to provide new bath towels, but they were not cleaned.

Need to have the ice machines serviced so a guest doesn’t have to walk the hole way around the building and then be told to go find another one and it didn’t work and if that was didn’t go up the stairs and there is another one there and it didn’t work so we had to walk the hole way around the building again on the second floor to find one ice machine that worked. Then while walking all the way around the stairs outside to go to the ground floor and parking lot were closed (Saftey Issue if there was a fire). The service desk employees were very polite.
