A decent budget hotel conveniently located near Penn State University. The room was clean and had the basic amenities like a microwave and mini-fridge. Breakfast was simple but enough to get you started—I was expecting better actually. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s a good value for a short stay if you’re visiting the campus or attending an event.

第二次來入住了，感覺上似乎沒有第一次那麼好，入住那天床單感覺有點潮，當然當地的濕度比較高但是房間也不開窗應該不至於床品都會潮。附近步行範圍內有幾處吃飯的地方，還算方便。早餐比上次來似乎更糟，咖啡雖然味道不好還供應不上。工作日房價低還能接受這些缺點，週末的房價就感覺完全不值。

Do not stay here!! People live there and cook smelly food in their rooms, and have no idea about hotel decorum. There were two guys sitting in the hallway playing music on their phones eating smelly food at 3 in the morning like is was 2 in the afternoon. The guy downstairs didn’t care. I didn’t feel safe, didn’t sleep. Don’t bother!!!!

Awful beds better to skeep in car.
The beds are so uncomfortable it's absolutely miserable. Whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke. Over priced one night $200 another $350 just a qay to take advantage of traveling college parents on move in day.

Good enough
Everything worked out well. The room itself was perfect. There was a bit of a musty smell in the hall but not the room so all was great. Very convenient to shops around and close enough to Penn State campus and downtown that I’d recommend this as an option.
