Hotel was good. It's a simple hotel with everything you need if you're just looking for a spot to comfortably sleep and shower with the privacy of an own room. It's close (walking distance) to the old city.
The people who work in the hotel are very friendly.
Only downsides are the breakfast which had quite limited options and the very steep hill you have to climb in order to reach it.

The location is extremely inconvenient and the rooms are extremely dated. Booker be advised. Ctrip sells dog meat on sheep's head. Listing a hotel without meals at a meal-inclusive price will cause great inconvenience and a bad experience.

+ Staff were very polite + Communication was Excellent - Hotel is on a very steep hill - No lifts - The next door guest's bathroom overlapped into our room so we could hear everything despite being in the "Luxury Suite". - The walls were paper thin so we could hear every cough and sneeze next to the bed - Breakfast was very basic and the same each day - Furnishings were outdated - The Kitchen tap was very loose and the Staff were unable advise on how to use the Safe. There is no point in requesting any recompense for any shortcomings or inconvenience as the Manager will outright refuse.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in May 2025. The hotel staff are very nice and accomodating and the room had a nice view. The hotel is well located and in a quiet neighborhood close to the City Hall. The hotel is located on a steep hill so it is a bit of a hike but I needed the exercise so didn't mind! The shuttle service to the airport arranged by the hotel was very convienient for us as well. The breakfast buffet was also very nice and the hotel wifi worked great as well. Would come back again.
