Clearly having rooms available, yet refusing to allow customers to pay for an upgrade and failing to communicate with customers is extremely incompetent. This service is worse than a 50 RMB restaurant down the mountain. My takeout arrived, but I wasn't in the room at the moment. I told the front desk I'd deliver it in five minutes. Three minutes later, I returned to the room to find a robot waiting at the door—I was helpless. The front desk really seems like a makeshift operation. I found a huge ant on the bed. The doorman, cleaning lady, and restaurant staff were all very friendly. I've also seen several complaints about the front desk on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). It hasn't improved after all this time; maybe the front desk staff are all people with connections.

The location is excellent, the facilities are top-notch, and the service is genuinely warm and authentic, not at all perfunctory. We stayed in a wooden cabin; while the conditions might not be as modern as the standard rooms, it was still a great stay, mostly because the surrounding environment really makes up for it. The front desk staff provided friendly service. The hotel features quite a few recreational activities and facilities suitable for children. Both the breakfast and the dishes at the Chinese restaurant were quite impressive.

The room is new and nice. The hotel is very big and has convenient parking and transportation. There is an electric shared car in front of the hotel. It is very convenient to go to the core scenic spots and ride a shared car. But the breakfast really does not match the price of more than 800 yuan. It may be because the hotel is full during the National Day. It was almost eight o'clock in the morning and there was no place to sit, and there were only a few stir-fried dishes and there was not much to eat. The late night snack the next day was a little better than breakfast.
