We are huge animal lovers, but we want to protect our guests who have pet allergies and who seek our home because it does not allow animals. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is detected, reported or found on the premises it can cause an immediate eviction from the owner, and the guest’s rent and deposit will be forfeited. Additional cleaning fee incurred will also be charged. ----- MECHANICAL FAILURES -----Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately No refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, telephone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, television or internet service, appliances, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible. ----- UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES -----Should the vacation home be out of order or deemed substandard prior to your arrival (which is rare but things break and things happen) you will be contacted with current "issue" and asked if you would like to proceed with your stay with a possible discount. If that is not satisfactory you will then be entitled to a refund of the rental without the penalties.----- LIABILITY -----The Homeowner does not assume any liability for personal or property loss, damage, or injury during your stay. We have the house treated monthly inside and out for insects and the entire yard is also treated for mosquitoes. It is rare you will see one, but if you do they are easy to dispose of and a refund will not be provided.
