The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the bunk-room has a bunk bed and a single bed. The family bath has a large freestanding tub in a cozy tile nook. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second level at the top of a short flight of stairs.The garage is set up as a rec room with a ping pong and foosball table, a comfy couch, and a life-sized poster of Han Solo’s Millennium Falcon. Here you’ll find beach chairs, beach shelter tent, beach toys, a collection of kites, and the laundry. The large deck has comfortable seating around a gas fire pit and a gas barbecue.The basement ADU is used by the owners when on-site for maintenance/repairs, and is never occupied when guests are present. There are two security cameras on the property, focused on the front yard and side yard parking areas only. These cameras can only be accessed by the owners, and all data is deleted after 30 days.Rockaway Beach was a vacation spot before highways were established, bringing families in the 1920s to its expansive, sandy beach via train.
