When we checked in, I forgot my phone on the counter. They held it for me and remembered me when I came back to get it. The valet remembered us from check in the day before and made getting our car very easy! Very personable and we will definitely come back!

We were there to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. The people that greeted us inside and outside were so friendly. The room we excellent and very clean with a perfect view, as requested, of the city. Will come back again soon!

If you can accept the price, it is a very good hotel, good location, downtown, convenient transportation, opposite the hotel is the home of the OKC basketball team. Remind to change the shower gel, did not change, the second reminder sent a snack apology. There is valet parking service.

The A-C was to loud and disrupted sleep as it it kicked on/off consistently. Most important to me is a good night of sleep. It didn’t happen. Everything else was great. Buffet was hot and good for breakfast.
