As well as Bedroom 2 with king bed and shower/tub. Lastly, the laundry room with washer and dryer. Linens and bath towels are included in rental.The middle level includes Living Room with a large-screen TV and oversized couch (can sleep 2), well-equipped Kitchen with breakfast bar, Dining Room, and large massive screened in deck. It also includes Bedroom 3 and connected sundeck as well as Bedroom 4 which each have King Bed and Showers. The lower level includes Bedroom 5 with 2 bunk beds (twin on top and full on bottom) which can sleep 3 each if doubling up on bottom. Outside of this bedroom is a spacious open area equipped with 2 more bunk beds which can sleep 3 each.The property comes with 2 golf carts available to potter about the island and enjoy the beautiful scenery (one 4-seater and one 6-seater golf cart).
