"Needs investment to reinvigorate the spa. I had to release 2 men that were trapped in the Turkish bath (steam room) using a fork to release the stuck lock.
The were angry to say the least.
The service team did not repair the door before reopening it for service.
The wooden floor then gave way under us as a group had gathered in concern.
Buffets meals were fair. Limited drinks to one per person with the set meal...at least another refill would have been basic.
The wellness center has no beautifying or massage service available.
Otherwise it was a good standard relaxing stay."

Warm and friendly front desk, providing various suggestions and help, there is a kind of warmth of a family hotel. On the day of leaving, in addition to storing luggage, you can also come back to take a shower and then go, very considerate.
The hotel is small but enough, in line with the picture. The location is very good, the sea view is invincible, just a few steps to the most lively center of the town, eating, drinking and shopping are all available.

Guest UserA great place for wheelchair users. The accommodation has everything you need:
- Free outdoor parking
- A cozy front yard perfect for sitting out until evening
- Huge, fully accessible rooms
- Breakfast has something for everyone, from fruits and vegetables to yogurt and cake
- Sauna, jacuzzi, and pool
The only downsides:
- Your room faces the main road, so if you don't like air conditioning, you're forced to open the window, which can be noisy.
- Reaching the pool upstairs for wheelchair users involves a steep ramp. Massimo, a very kind man, helps out every time if it's too difficult for my wife.

Great stay, nice staff! Walkable to gorgeous beaches and the town of Portimaõ.
Comfy beds, clean apartments. Could do with a bit more shelving in the bathroom (even a small chair under the sink would do) and some hooks here and there, but otherwise perfect.

Absolutely loved the two bed sea view villa upgrade.. the pool was clean.. the kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our own meals during our stay.. better to get groceries supplies from nearby Lagoa town as the stores next to hotel doesn’t have much options.. Algarve Saco and Carveiro beach is walkable distance and there are few trekking routes next to hotel ..
