The owner is very cute, Ms. Andrea recommends parking, stay and helps with luggage even though it has passed the check-in time.

GGuest UserThe location is quite good, you can walk to the main attractions, the scenery outside the room window is good, the breakfast is simple but the quality is good, it is recommended to try a special drink. The service is quite good. Due to the failure of the rental vehicle, the front desk lady enthusiastically assisted in contacting the rental car dealership and took the initiative to write the vehicle reminder card. I will stay next time.

我們是當天下午1:00入店的，相當於是當天最早能check in的時間，酒店和我們説這個雙人房的房型，有的是有山景，有的有陽台，有的沒山景，有的沒陽台，而他們衹剩下沒山景和沒陽台的房型給我們了😡😡😡這簡直是最差的房間，甚至我們旁邊的房間，雖然是街景，還好歹有個陽台。
説是因為有山景，有陽台的那些好的房間全部被住完了，都是前一天晚上就續住的客人。
真是離譜，我就是奔着能看到山景，有陽台的房型才訂的這個酒店，這酒店在博爾扎諾這個城市裡麪要多2000一晚，而且衹有18平米！！很貴了！我就是想看窗景，有陽台才定的！！
我在多洛米蒂。核心的小鎮子上有一個超大的陽台，超大的窗景和超大的套房才2000多
當然攜程後續的處理讓人滿意，攜程客服的反饋速度很快，補償也讓我們感到滿意。👍👍
可是這家酒店本身反饋很拉垮。酒店前台跟我們説，如果我們想要有陽台有窗景，就要花1300多塊錢升級房型，酒店本身沒有辦法對我們拿到這種最差的房間有任何的補償

Stayed for three consecutive nights, it is explained that there is no housekeeping, but some inquiries involved in the matter of calling the hotel for two consecutive days and no one answered, so it is a self-service apartment, not a full-service hotel, you need to do a good psychological expectation.
