The infra from room perspective needs an upgrade, the bed is situated in a way that both side has walls the tv is placed in a awkward manner, very uncomfortable and annoying. The study table in our room was shaky the glass cover was not in lined. The “clean my room button” doesn’t work we realised after putting that on and seeing our room not cleaned till 3pm. The house keeping staff was good they immediately came and cleaned our room. The staff at breakfast were efficient too. Food was above average.

This hotel in Goa is a great option for those who don't want to overpay! Yes, the rooms are simple, in some places you can see that it's not new, but everything is clean and tidy. Beautiful territory, 7-10 minutes to the beach (there is a transfer). The beach is good. There are cafes with sun loungers. The hotel has modest, but overall good breakfasts. At first we thought that the hotel was so-so, but after moving to another one (because there were no available rooms for all the dates of our stay), for the same price with a rating of 4.6! with terrible breakfasts with swarms of flies, smelly and leaking air conditioning, dirty pool, ancient furniture and plumbing, we realized that the first hotel is just a bomb for 350 yuan! I advise everyone who is looking for a budget holiday with comfort! 👍

I want to stay here again. There are tourist spots nearby. The bed is big and it's a waste to sleep alone. The service of the employees was perfectly fine.

Hello! Russian staff does not say, early settlement for extra fee is impossible. Staff slow, room fund is very old and dry. Unfortunately, the photos on the website correspond to hotel rooms. The hotel is completely vegetarian, the only thing that pleases is the closest location to the beach from all the hotels nearby. I'm not sure if I'll go to this hotel again and not advise friends any more.

The location of the hotel is very cool, colva beach is hardly on walking distance. food of the hotel is amazing...I would say as compared to other the hotel food was mind-blowing. I was having two rooms there one room was good but the other was little uncomfortable due to some kind of dizzy smell and light flickering. staff was so good there....Abhishek was a good gentleman, he guide us with many informations.

Hotel is not new , familiar with it long ago , area is tidy , very nice but here are rooms tired , though clean , good bed linen, comfortable mattress .. , Tresh is a plumbing . A terrible bathroom, very cory , tight water switches and extremely uncomfortable shower . But on this all you can close your eyes from the closet of one of the best beaches in Goa . Whether I will come back again
