I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

The Good: Location is very good. Hotel is just 2 mins walk from railway station and its very easy to locate. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is also very good. They have prepared non spicy food for our daughter as per our request and taste was good. The reception area is also nice. You can relax their while waiting for your train, in case, you had to check out little early. The bad: Rooms are not clean. Mattresses have stains and almirahs are dirty. Bathrooms are the worst. The water was overflowing in entire bathroom and it was not leveled to go through the drain. We had to ultimately request for a wiper, else, we were always feeling the risk of slipping. The 10% discount on food and beverage was also not offered.
