GGuest UserJust renovated in March 2026, the new one was a mess. Check-in did not swipe the credit card directly, breakfast is in line with the level of Hilton Economy Hotel, the price is slightly higher 15%. There is an Indian vegetarian restaurant A** nearby that is delicious.

SSara C N ReisMy family and I love our stay at the hotel, the food is delicious, the very comfortable room, the bathroom is great, excellent accessibility, various games, the aquatic park is super familiar and suitable for all ages, We will certainly come back more times, and to stay more days. We stay only 1 night and we are old for the next 🥰❤️🙏🏻

NNANParking is free, on the ground. Breakfast is very simple, Western-style, scrambled eggs, patties, thick cereals, baked potato pieces, juice, bread, fried eggs, can be self-service at a single point. It is a style of American family, the facilities are not bad, but it is not a style with domestic hotels. The location is OK, basically in the university. It’s enough for me, not a vacation.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel is. Even while they're undergoing renovations, everything was neat, clean and nicely decorated. My bed was heavenly. The pillows.... ahhhhhhhh. Nice arrangement, comfortable, and very clean. Nice soap, shampoo etc. The picture is a chaise that was surprisingly comfortable! I'd return over and over.

GGuest UserThe shower handle was missing and since it was a Saturday nobody from building maintenance was available to fix it. Also no other room was available. I would like to have gotten some sort of compensation from the hotel or Trip.com but I was not able to call Trip.com until later in the week and nobody was able/willing to do anything for me.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is average and the facilities are a bit old. I stayed here just for the convenience of catching a flight. There will be a sudden power outage after 12:30 in the evening. It is said that there are frequent power outages in that area.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel several times and I feel good. The location is excellent, located in the center of Worcester, parking to the high-rise paid parking lot across the road, but there are parking coupons, unlimited free. The room is the standard of this kind of hotel in the United States, not luxurious, but no problem. Breakfast is good, there is a place to eat steak and bar downstairs, the taste is still decent.

GGuest UserLocation was great. The room was okay it was comfortable. The sink did not drain well and there was a huge bug on the ceiling. It would of been nice to have been a bit closer to the lobby as we were kinda a hike away
