SSamanthaHuntGreat hotel that looks like an apartment complex. Buffet Breakfast was simple, a few hot choices, and had daily pancakes so my kids were happy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Small clean gym and outdoor pool with sitting area. The 2 bedroom was perfect with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress needs to be thrown away and replaced as it was badly stained. So we just slept on the couch. Will stay again.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location for events at the Lenovo Center! Our room was spotless. My main concern was the bedding. The heavier blanket looked just like in the picture. When I asked the hotel staff about it, they said it’s a feathered blanket, and when it gets wet, the feathers stick together, causing this appearance.

MMBooGreat gym, beautiful pool, beautiful common area, this is a really great hotel with nice amenities! They have convenient laundry for guests. The only thing missing is I wish I had been some bottled water provided in the room and I wish they had been daily turn down service, but maybe that is because of the pandemic? It was all great otherwise.

GGuest UserGreat stay! Friendly atmosphere! Heated pool and hot tub were nice and my kids loved it! They also enjoyed “working out” in the fitness area. Would stay again if we are back that way!

DDani_familyThe staff and their services offered are truly amazing. Very supportive even when notified the hotel was overbooked when we arrived in the scheduled time. We are well located to another hotel with helpful instructions and arrangements. We got upgraded to a better room and appreciate for the hotel support.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jasmine. Jasmine made sure we were able to stay on the same floor as my other family members. The parking was perfect. The pool was warm and clean with the exception of a few leaves. The breakfast was okay, not the best choices of food but decent. The only issue we had was trying to navigate the sofa bed (user error). Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

NNiwaniI was placed on the ground floor which could be very noisy for some people. Room was closed to house keeping, vending machine and other hotel function rooms.
If you are a light sleeper, I recommend to specifically ask for top floors and quite wing.
Location is 6 mins to Terminal 2, making it very convenient to go in and out to the airport.
