Great place great host Kimberly and so was Franky the dog he was adorable!! Very homely and stylish and was made to feel welcome and felt very comfortable. Would love to go back again definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I stayed overnight ahead of a cruise vacation. The hotel was clean, room and bathroom were spacious and well set up. I was able to walk across the parking lot to the Chipotle for dinner, though chose to bring it back to the hotel as it didn't seem like a place I'd want to sit and eat. As soon as I picked up my luggage at the airport, I called the direct hotel line and requested their free shuttle - they arrived in under 5 minutes!. The hotel then put me on a list to take the shuttle to the cruise port the next morning. That trip cost $10 per person one way, and the driver allowed passengers to book a $20 round trip ticket which would at the end of the cruise, either take you back to the hotel or straight to the airport. I found it really easy and convenient, and far less expensive than the cruise ship transfer or an uber/taxi. Their shuttle service was really easy to find at the end of the cruise and took me directly to the airport. Breakfast at the hotel had the usual assortment of hot and cold selections, I would say above average for hotel breakfast. I would return here in the future!

This is the best hotel that I have stayed at in years. The staff and manager are very professional and accommodating. They go out of their way to help and treat you like family. They also have free networking hours around dinner time when free beverages and food are provided. Two kinds of near and two kinds of wine are served! Price for the hotel is reasonable as well. I did not have a chance to try breakfast but I can imagine it must be very good as well.

The hotel is nice and clean, and coffee tea are available all day in the lobby, nice breakfast, very good location as we are visiting our kid in USF which is within walking distance. My only 2 complaints are that the pillows were very flat, and the parking cost $10 per day. We didn't read the fine print/policy, assuming it's free. We didn't need to park as my kid's car is parked in school campus across the street. We would have omitted the parking permit if we had known it cost extra. Next time, we will not get the parking permit.

The staff was not very good when packing the hotel breakfast in the morning. I repeatedly swiped the card and said that I was decline. In fact, there was no problem with the subsequent payment today, which was the problem of the hotel swiping the card machine. Also said that I packed too much, 18 knives a piece? Just take you to order bread, okay?

We loved the beautiful lobby with its greenery! The hotel is large and cozy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The most convenient thing was that the hotel shuttle takes you to and from the airport and to International Plaza. We went to the Mall and had a great time.

酒店比較老，正門正在裝修，位置離坦帕機場很近，酒店有接機服務，打個招呼大概5-10分鐘車會來，7-8分鐘到機場。 早餐簡單，但足夠。 旁邊有幾家餐廳，意大利餐廳OliveGarden很推薦，旁邊加油站有24小時超市+賽百味，買東西吃很方便。

When we go anywhere we always make sure the bed and floors and towels are clean. I couldn't find anything unclean or stained in this King Suite. Warm welcome and swift check in from the front desk. The hallway and room was fresh smell . They actually had pork free meat option for the free breakfast which we enjoyed each morning since we are Kosher and hot tea or coffee and lemon water is available around the clock. The pool looked inviting but we didn't have time to enjoy. Only con thing I can say is the entrance floor and elevator needed a vacuum or broom. Thanks for the hospitality .

I am so happy for the staff named YUNI, she made my stay more memorable, i cant express how she helped me a lot!.. as a seafarer who paid all the expenses from work-break, its hard! But, she give the most discount she could to minimize the expenses, she even bring me to eat breakfast before i join the ship.. thumbs up to you! Keep up the excellent job!!! And, thank you very much!!!!
