The facilities are really clean, and the amenities, including cleansing tissues, are excellent.
There's also an airport shuttle every 30 minutes.
However, it's so close to the airport that you can hear the planes taking off.
Nevertheless, the hotel is clean and friendly, so if I ever return to Seattle, I'd definitely stay there again.

Anonymous UserThis hotel has the best facilities of any accommodation I've stayed at in the United States. The rooms are particularly spacious, offering ample space and comfort. Each room has two beds and a sofa bed, easily accommodating five people. It's also very accessible to the airport (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is about 11 minutes away). The hotel also offers private parking and a spacious on-site restaurant, where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast. The fitness center is also a great place to work out. The friendly and enthusiastic front desk staff were also very helpful. If I ever travel to Seattle again, I'd love to stay here again! 👍

Anonymous UserThere is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, but the information is not disclosed. I saw the sign at the hotel bus pick-up area in the airport parking lot. I called the hotel and told them my location (for example, 3C), and the bus arrived quickly.
The room is quite large and very quiet. There is a bathroom on one side of the door and an open cloakroom on the other side. The space is well designed.
The breakfast is semi-self-service. I ordered a freshly made omelet with diced bacon and green peppers, which is delicious.
I saw a free shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall at the front desk. I scanned the QR code on my phone to book it and it will pick me up at the hotel. There is also a fixed time to send me back, which is great.

Guest UserI booked this hotel for just a sleep over the night as the layover time was too long. So location and the shuttle bus were very important. However, The airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient. There was no attention and services to accommodate the guests’s departure. There were too many people who had to get on the shuttle and the shuttle was not almost unable to accommodate us all. Some had to sit on the floor and squeeze in between seats. It would have been convenient if the staff checked the departure time/need of the shuttles when the guests checked in so that they could have been arranged the shuttles sufficiently and efficiently.
