No other actions are necessary.* The inside of the home has no stairs, but there are steps that will be taken to get from the upper driveway down to the basement level. Please use caution when taking the stairs. * Parking is provided in the driveway. Only 2 cars is allowed when booking this unit and must park on far right side of the driveway. * Make sure to review the check-in instructions and directions before arrival to ensure you have the directions on getting to the home, where to park and how to access the unit.* Kitchenette stocked with basic plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Includes a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K cups and sugar. We also provide a toaster, microwave and fridge. There is no stove/oven.* Living room has a electric recliners and the TV have Netflix streaming service. We do not provide cable. * You are welcome to sign into your own streaming services while staying with us. Please make sure you sign out before leaving.* Sleeping area has a King bed and the bedside lamps are equipped with USB ports and power plug for charging your device. Wall mounted LCD TV with Hulu. Full length mirror, dresser and closet with hangers. Sleeping area has a curtain that provides a divider between the living room and sleeping area.* There is an ottoman that opens to a twin bed..* The bathroom has a large LED mirror and walk in shower. * Washer and Dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets. We also have a ironing board and iron available. (The laundry room is shared with the unit next door.)* No pets allowed* No Smoking Indoors (outside is ok)* No Parties* There are security cameras on the property for the safety of our guests and property. It is located facing the driveway* Home is not child proof and does not have equipment for infants and toddlers.
